৩. পণ্য ও সেবা

আমরা পোশাক ও সংশ্লিষ্ট লাইফস্টাইল পণ্য সরবরাহ করি। সব পণ্য বাংলাদেশে প্রস্তুত এবং/অথবা প্রিন্ট করা হয়। আমরা যেকোনো সময় পণ্য পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।

৪. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

– আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি ও ডিজিটাল পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি।
– অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ ও পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতার ওপর নির্ভর করে অর্ডার গ্রহণ করা হয়।
– প্রয়োজনে যেকোনো অর্ডার গ্রহণ না করার অথবা বাতিল করার অধিকার আমাদের রয়েছে।

৫. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি

আমরা নির্ভরযোগ্য তৃতীয় পার্টি কুরিয়ার সেবা ব্যবহার করি। সাধারণত অর্ডার ১–৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে পাঠানো হয়। আপনার অবস্থানের উপর ভিত্তি করে ডেলিভারি সময় ভিন্ন হতে পারে। বাহ্যিক কারণে কিছু ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব হতে পারে। আরও বিস্তারিত জানার জন্য, অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের শিপিং পলিসি দেখুন।

৬. রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ

• রিটার্ন: পণ্য গ্রহণের ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে রিটার্নের অনুরোধ করতে হবে। পণ্যের ট্যাগ থাকতে হবে এবং পণ্যটি ব্যবহৃত বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হওয়া যাবে না।
• এক্সচেঞ্জ: যদি আপনি ভুল সাইজ অর্ডার করে থাকেন, তাহলে ৩ দিনের মধ্যে অনুরোধ করলে, ট্যাগ অক্ষত ও পণ্য অক্ষত থাকলে এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে।
  
• কাস্টম বা ফরমায়েশি ভাবে প্রস্তুতকৃত পণ্য রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জযোগ্য নয়।

৭. মেধাস্বত্ব
