Orders

How do I place an order?
  • Just browse our collections, pick your product, choose your size and color, click “Add to Cart,” and proceed to checkout.
  • If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us as soon as possible via support@maiteez.com or on our social pages. Once shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • Yes! We offer bulk pricing for 10+ pieces. Email us for a quote.

Shipping

Do you deliver outside Bangladesh?
  • No, we currently only ship inside Bangladesh.
  • Dhaka: 1–2 business days

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳60

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳120

  • FREE shipping for orders above ৳999

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can also message us for updates.

✅ Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Bangladesh. Please keep the exact amount ready when the courier arrives.

Products

What sizes do you offer?
  • Most designs are available in S to XL. Size charts are available on each product page—please check before ordering.
  • We try to match product photos as closely as possible. Minor color differences may occur due to lighting or screen differences.
  • Some drops are limited edition and may not return. Follow us on social media for restock announcements.

Custom Orders

How does “Write Whatever” work?
  • Choose the customizable T-shirt, enter your custom text, and we’ll print it! It takes 2–3 business days to prepare.
  • Not yet! We only support custom text-based designs at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product?
  • We currently don’t offer refunds, but we do accept exchanges for wrong or damaged items.
  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Send photos and your order ID to support@maiteez.com, and we’ll help you out.
  • Unfortunately, we don’t accept size-based exchanges. Please double-check the size chart before ordering.

Packaging & Gifting

What’s inside the package?
  • Each order comes in premium packaging with frosted ziplock, custom sticker, butter paper wrapping, and a thank-you card.
  • Yes! Leave your message in the order notes at checkout or email us right after ordering.
